4、 Adjustment of glue temperature
Generally speaking, the storage environment of epoxy resin glue should be about 0~5 degrees Celsius, and the use temperature should be about 23 degrees Celsius. Take it out of the storage room about half an hour before use, so that the glue can better adapt to the surrounding temperature and avoid the phenomenon of glue wiredrawing during use.

5、 Control of glue viscosity
The higher the viscosity of the glue, the smaller the glue point will become, and even the phenomenon of wire drawing will appear; If the viscosity is too low, the formed glue points will expand, and even dip the pad, so it is critical to control the viscosity of the glue. We should be careful when using the dispenser.

6、 The glue shall not be intervened by air
The glue must not be intervened by air. If there is air, it may be empty, which will seriously affect the actual dispensing effect.

The dispensing machine is composed of software and hardware.
